2-Day Hands-On Workshop: pygeofetch and pygeovision
Training workshop
On-site or virtual intensive workshop covering data access, SAR processing, and AI inference.
A two-day intensive workshop that takes participants from installation to running production EO pipelines. Day 1 covers pygeofetch: provider setup, search, download, and post-processing. Day 2 covers pygeovision: SAR flood mapping, Sentinel-2 indices, ChangeFormer change detection, and Prithvi-EO-2.0 inference.
Format: 4 hours lecture + 4 hours hands-on labs per day. Each participant leaves with a working pipeline running over their own area of interest.
Delivered to: KNUST Geomatic Engineering Department (Kumasi), University of Ghana Legon, Ghana EPA GIS Unit, CSIR-GIMPA, USGS Africa Programs, SERVIR West Africa. Available in English and French.
Maximum 25 participants. On-site travel expenses billed separately.
